What is a Vampire?

The history of the vampire legend dates back to Ancient Egypt, the Garden of Eden
 and perhaps even the beginning of humankind. Almost every culture on earth
 describes part-human, part-creature beings who prey on others, take your blood,
and invade your dreams. In today’s world they are seen on TV, in the movies and
 around the globe.

 

But where does a lonely Vampire go for a night on the town in the 21st
 century?

 

In San Francisco there is a hidden place, a nightclub where vampires and
 their friends mix and mingle called Club V. It’s down an alley and through a
secret door. There’s music, dancing, drinks and dreams for sale.

 

This is the basis for our latest video project...Five Dreams & a Drop of Blood

 

The images are surreal, compelling, hallucinogenic and plunge you into a unique story experience. They can be viewed in a variety of formats including immersive installation, as a short film in a theater or screening room, on the Internet or even on your cell phone.

 

The 5 dreams are Egypt, Nosferatu and The Dreamer, Eden, The Conjurer, and Club V.

 

All of the dreams mix the natural world, music, dance, magical realism, horror, a talented cast, digital monsters and other multimedia techniques to create a provocative environment of real and unreal. Colored lights and miscellaneous projections line the floor and ceiling to give the feeling of stepping into an alternative reality.

 

Five Dreams….is a product of imagination, mixed reality, pop culture icons and Silicon Valley wizardry. It seeks to push the boundaries of traditional film while crossing over into a world of visual art and technology.
